Characteristics of the Property

■This property is a four-story, Slope MFLP facility with truck berths on both sides of the first floor as well as on the third floor. Trucks have direct access to the third floor via the slope.
■From a BCP perspective, the property is equipped with emergency power generators that can be used during disasters and electricity outages. Large-scale solar panels have been installed on the rooftop to reduce environmental load.


■The property offers excellent access to main roads, due to its proximity to the Kuki IC of the Tohoku Expressway, Shiraoka Shobu IC of the Metropolitan Inter-City Expressway, and National Route 122.
■The planned extension of the Metropolitan Inter-City Expressway would improve the location potential of the property by broadening the feasible delivery area.
