In accordance with the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations of Japan, certain matters concerning investment corporations (changes to the article of incorporation, appointment and dismissal of executive officers, supervisory officers, and accounting auditors, etc.) are determined at a general meeting of unitholders.
The general meeting of unitholders is held at least once every two years, in principle, in the 23 wards of Tokyo.
