Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park Inc. ("MFLP-REIT") establishes the following policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") to ensure appropriate handling of specific personal information and declares compliance therewith. In addition, the handling of specific personal information shall be governed not only by this Policy but also by MFLP-REIT's Privacy Policy.
１．Compliance with Laws, Regulations and Guidelines
When handling specific personal information, MFLP-REIT complies with the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administrative Procedure as well as related laws, regulations, government guidelines, and other rules.
２．Acquisition of Specific Personal Information
Requests by MFLP-REIT to an individual or other person in charge of affairs using individual numbers to provide individual numbers may only be made when necessary for the administrative affairs described in paragraph 3 in cases where receiving specific personal information in accordance with Article 19 of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in the Administrative Procedure is permitted. Requests for the provision of personal numbers are made when such numbers become necessary for administrative affairs, or when such administrative affairs can be expected.
３．Purpose of Use of Specific Personal Information
The purpose of MFLP-REIT's use of specific personal information shall be as follows

４．Proper Use of Specific Personal Information
MFLP-REIT shall not use specific personal information in any manner that may encourage or induce illegal or unjust acts.
５．Security Control Measures for Specific Personal Information
MFLP-REIT takes appropriate organizational, personal, physical, and technical security control measures for specific personal information by developing and improving internal rules to prevent and rectify unauthorized access to and the loss, destruction, manipulation, and unintended disclosure of specific personal information. With respect to the specific details of the security control measures for specific personal information implemented by MFLP-REIT, please contact the inquiry desk described in Section 8 below.
６．Supervision of Officers and Contractors
MFLP-REIT provides all officers with education and training on the importance of specific personal information and appropriately selects and supervises contractors when outsourcing administrative affairs regarding specific personal information.
７．Continuous Improvements to Internal Rules
MFLP-REIT carries out necessary reviews and assessments of the state of compliance with this Policy and internal rules, and endeavors to properly manage specific personal information by continuously making improvements such as reviewing compliance as needed.
８．Responding to Complaints and Inquiries
A contact point tasked with appropriately responding to complaints and inquiries concerning the details of the measures implemented by MFLP-REIT to ensure the secure management of specific personal information, as well as other matters related to MFLP-REIT's handling of specific personal information shall be established at Mitsui Fudosan Logistics REIT Management Co., Ltd., the asset management company.
